Key Responsibilities:
Conduct new hire and refresher training sessions.
Design and update training modules, SOPs, and process documentation.
Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, role plays, and mock calls.
Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to identify training needs and skill gaps.
Ensure training effectiveness through post-training performance analysis.
Maintain reports on training outcomes, attendance, and feedback.
Stay updated with process changes, client updates, and industry trends.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-4 years
of experience as a
Process Trainer
.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of RCM cycle and key performance metrics.
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Willingness to work in rotational or night shifts.
Graduate in any stream.
