We're Hiring:

Process Trainer

- International Voice Process (MNC BPO)

(Core International Banking and Credit Card Fraud (Voice) Experience is mandatory )

Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore

Salary: Up to 9 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Up to 30 Days
UK shift (candidates should be flexible with night shifts)

Requirements:Minimum 2 years of on-paper Process Trainer experience in an International Voice Process Strong communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct new hire training for process/product

Prepare training modules, assessments, and certification plans

Identify skill gaps and run refresher trainings

Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback

Collaborate with operations for smooth batch transition

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
