. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, process knowledge, and the ability to deliver effective training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) for banking voice process.
Deliver product, process, and compliance training.
Assess trainees through tests, role-plays, and mock calls.
Identify training needs and create training materials.
Work with operations to improve quality and performance.
Maintain training reports and ensure readiness of agents.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in BPO training (voice process).
Prior experience in
Banking / BFSI process
preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of call handling, customer service, and compliance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
