Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Trainer with over 5 years of expertise in delivering effective training programs, specialized in training Customer Support Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the NBFC/fintech sector and excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. The Trainer will be responsible for onboarding, upskilling, and enhancing the performance of employees through structured training modules.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct onboarding, process, and product training for new and existing employees.
- Design, update, and deliver training content tailored to business and operational needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
- Coordinate with operations, HR, and leadership teams to identify training needs and skill gaps.
- Maintain training records, reports, and documentation.
- Facilitate soft skills, communication, compliance, and process-related sessions.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and quality parameters.
Skills & Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of training experience, preferably in NBFC/Fintech organizations.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Experience working with lending platforms like Navi, KreditBee, Slice is highly preferred.
- Ability to design training modules and assess performance effectively.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital training tools.
Preferred Attributes: - Experience in sales/collections/customer service training.
- Understanding of fintech lending products and compliance standards.
- Ability to manage large batches and deliver high-impact sessions.
