Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery
Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) for process knowledge, soft skills, and tools/systems used in the project. Deliver refresher and upskilling sessions for tenured agents to address performance gaps. Ensure training modules are delivered as per the defined curriculum and timelines. Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure learning effectivenessJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
