Job Title: Process Trainer

Location: Mumbai Malad

Shifts: Rotational (24/7 support environment)

We are looking for an experienced

Process Trainer

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering

process training to new hires and existing employees

, ensuring they are aligned with business requirements and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:



Conduct

new hire training

for voice, chat, and email processes. Deliver

refresher and upskilling sessions

for existing employees. Maintain and update

training materials, SOPs, and knowledge base

. Conduct

assessments, calibrations, and certification

of agents. Monitor

post-training performance

and provide coaching where required. Work closely with

operations & quality teams

to identify training needs. Ensure training effectiveness through

feedback and performance analysis

.

Requirements:



Minimum

2-3 years of experience

as a Process Trainer in an international BPO. Excellent

communication and presentation skills

. Strong knowledge of

customer support processes, metrics, and KPIs

. Ability to manage

batch training, floor support, and performance audits

. Flexible to work in

rotational shifts

. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
