Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct new hire and refresher training for Cash Loans CS team
Design and implement PKTs for inhouse & partner teams
Perform TNI to identify gaps and triggers
Develop training content & process documents
Implement and manage step up program
Coordinate across teams to solve process issues
Act as process expert across all loan products
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
