Role: Process Trainer / Evolve Trainer - Insurance (P&C Domain)Key Responsibilities:



Plan and execute upcoming training batches for Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance processes. Ensure high-quality delivery of all training programs and monitor team performance. Mentor and groom new trainers, team members, and GTT (Global Training Team) trainers. Design, update, and maintain training manuals and workbooks in coordination with process heads and supervisors. Obtain approvals for training materials from process heads through GTT members on a semi-annual basis. Compile and submit monthly reports on training activities, performance, and needs. Conduct induction, pre-process, and language training sessions for new hires. Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual training reports. Manage domain and custom examinations, and publish periodic reports. Drive initiatives to enhance and improve training processes. Handle client visits, business presentations, and audit requirements.

Key Requirements:



Graduation is

mandatory

. Experience in

P&C (Property & Casualty) Insurance

is required. Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. Strong analytical and reporting abilities. Willingness to work from
