. The candidate must have prior experience in insurance sales training within a BPO/BFSI setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Train new joiners on

insurance products & sales pitch

Conduct refresher and product training Evaluate calls and trainee performance Support agents during nesting & live calls Coordinate with Quality & Operations

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience as an

Insurance Sales Trainer

Strong knowledge of

Life / General / Health Insurance

Excellent communication skills Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
