Rotational - Morning (6 AM to 3 PM) & Afternoon (3 PM to 12 AM)

Key Requirements:

Minimum

graduate qualification

in BPO/Insurance domain Excellent

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute upcoming training batches effectively Deliver high-quality training programs and ensure team performance Design, update, and maintain training manuals and materials Mentor and groom new trainers and team members Coordinate with stakeholders and get necessary approvals for training content Maintain and share weekly, monthly, and annual training reports Conduct induction, pre-process, and domain-specific training for new joiners Administer domain and custom assessments; publish performance reports Drive training process improvements and innovation Handle client visits and deliver impactful presentations
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹850,000.00 per year
