Position: Process Trainee

Salary: ₹12,500/month

Key Responsibilities:


Validate patient details as per insurance guidelines


Maintain accurate data entry and documentation


Address patient billing queries and follow up on insurance claims


Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks


Uphold HIPAA compliance and ensure data confidentiality

Requirements:


Strong command of English (written & verbal)


Basic computer skills, including MS Office & Internet usage
