Job Description

Delivery of forecasted volumes on safety, quality, time and costs accordingly with shared and agreed weekly & monthly production plan
Identify data gaps in CMMS (missed production counts, ) and take corrective actions
Optimize throughput in accordance with budgets and cost objectives Identify sources of variation within a production environment effectively and efficiently
Understanding and expertise in draw die forming, maintenance of beads, trim steels and pierce operations
Ability to coordinate major and minor die repairs
Determine and correct root cause of related downtime issues
Complete 100% of mandated FAS08 PMs at the prescribed frequency
Drive Continuous Improvement through a focused maintenance program designed to reduce scrap and ensure reliability of error-proofing devices
Delivery (Productivity)
Lead skilled trades/maintenance personnel to evaluate controls requirements for maintaining and improving production yields, throughput, and up time

Pay: ₹18,455.00 - ₹28,755.00 per month
