Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the production line staff. Ensure production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and deadlines. Monitor workflow and allocate tasks effectively to team members. Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements. Identify bottlenecks or issues in production and take corrective actions. Provide training, guidance, and support to line workers for performance improvement. Prepare and maintain reports related to daily production output and quality checks. ? Collaborate with quality control and other departments to resolve issues promptly.

Required Skills:-

Strong leadership and team management skills. Good understanding of production processes in the textile/garment industry. Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:-

Minimum 10th pass / Diploma in Textile / Mechanical / Quality Management or related field. Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in textile/garment/manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
