We are seeking an experienced and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our team The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement conversions and revenue growth The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices excellent writing and design skills and the ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products services and brand awareness Design and create visually appealing email templates graphics and content Write compelling and engaging email copy subject lines and CTAs Manage and maintain email lists ensuring accuracy and compliance with anti spam laws Segment and target email lists to maximize campaign effectiveness Analyze and report on campaign performance including open rates click through rates conversion rates and unsubscribes Optimize and refine campaigns based on data driven insights and feedback Collaborate with cross functional teams including sales product and creative to develop and execute email marketing strategies Stay up to date with industry trends best practices and new technologies to continuously improve email marketing efforts Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines ensuring timely and high quality delivery

Technical Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or related field 2 years of experience in email marketing with a focus on campaign development execution and analysis Excellent writing design and communication skills Proficiency in email marketing software such as Mailchimp Marketo or Pardot Experience with HTML CSS and email design principles Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions Ability to work in a fast paced environment prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
