To provide a professional and comprehensive administrative service supporting the Technical Processing Unit TPU in delivering accurate and timely underwriting data management
Key Responsibilities:

Principal Accountabilities
Accurately process and verify data entry into relevant Customer Underwriting UW systems
Monitor and follow up on queries escalating or seeking guidance when necessary
Support onboarding by training new staff members
Identify and implement improvements to streamline underwriting data capture processes
Ensure Standard Operating Procedures SOPs and User Guides are up to date and reflect current practices
Assist in testing and deployment of new IT initiatives in collaboration with the Customer IT Department
Maintain high quality underwriting data and records in Eclipse and other systems adhering to agreed service levels
Technical Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel Word Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Detail oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving
Fluency in English is essential

Knowledge Experience
Basic understanding of Lloyd s and London Market practices
Strong grasp of the re insurance industry and its operational workflows
