JD Graduate having about 2 4 years of experience in managing end to end Sourcing projects Good written and verbal communication skills Good analytical skills Good knowledge of supplier market in a particular category Ability to understand and read supplier contracts should Experience in creating uploading contracts and catalogs in eProcurement tools like Ariba and similar tools Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders for missing information Experinece in Contracts Strategic Sourcing including RFX SOW Negotiations Red Lininng Insurance Legal Cross Functional Team management PRPO PO Management Expediting Achive cost savings in contractual supplier negotiations MUST HAVE SKILLS Experience in Catalog Management Catalog Creation Catalog Maintenence Buy channels Sourcing Support Working experience in following Tail Spend categories Professioanl Services IT Travel Insurance Marketing HR Telecom Print Facilities Good knowledge all or any of Procurement process Catalog management Spot buy Identify and implement best practices and process improvement opportunities Resolve user issues Identification of opportunities for catalogs savings Ensure that SLA are met Quality Management activities Identification of contract renegotiation opportunities Supplier Identification Deliver sourcing procurement process allocated Contract Execution Maintain close relationship with internal end customers Independently manage the creation of contracts and catalogs Coordinate between Client IT Technical team suppliers users to resolve issues and queries Recommend process improvements Create necessary standard and ad hoc reports for business requirement
