Key Responsibilities
Post Publishing Scheduling
Schedule and publish BAU Business As Usual requests from Brand Marketing and GTM teams
Conduct thorough quality checks QC on post copies and images as per established guidelines
Ensure timely and error free execution of all scheduled posts
Post Data Tracking
Extract and compile social media metrics engagements CTR likes etc
for campaigns and individual posts
Share insights with Digital SPOCs in structured tabular formats
Content Writing
Create compelling post and image copies for featured articles webinars and employer branding initiatives
Collaborate with Brand Marketing to align content with brand tone and objectives
Schedule and publish content post QC
Live Tweeting Event Coverage
Partner with the Corporate Communications team during live events to ideate and publish real time content
Develop weekly and monthly content calendars for ongoing campaigns
Video Upload Management
Upload videos to Vidyard and YouTube as per requests
Maintain and update the video database including replacements and archival
Social Media Account Management
Perform monthly password resets and banner updates
Monitor access and maintain credentials for all social media accounts in a secure and organized format
Online Reputation Management ORM
Respond to queries from new joiners alumni and career related inquiries across platforms
Engage with users via Instagram stories and other interactive formats
Weekly Metrics Reporting
Generate weekly reports capturing engagement and performance metrics across social media platforms
Provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders
Sprinklr Tool Management
Create and manage campaigns sub campaigns and post attributes within Sprinklr
Ensure accurate account linkage and data tagging
Content Tracker Maintenance
Update campaign and post details on landing pages via Sprinklr
Maintain a comprehensive tracker for future analytics and performance reviews
Required Technical Skills
Social Media Tools
o Proficiency in Sprinklr or similar platform for campaign and content management
o Hands on experience with Vidyard and YouTube Studio for video uploads and analytics
o Familiarity with LinkedIn Instagram Twitter Facebook publishing interfaces
