Process Specialist - Fixed Income Corporate Actions (ISO)
is responsible for the
accurate and timely processing of Fixed Income Corporate Actions data
in compliance with
ISO 15022 and ISO 20022 standards
. This role focuses on end-to-end event processing, data validation, ISO messaging, and quality assurance while working closely with Team Leaders, clients, and global stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have strong
hands-on Fixed Income Corporate Actions experience
, solid understanding of
ISO messaging standards
, and the ability to handle complex events with minimal supervision while meeting strict quality and SLA requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Actions Processing & Delivery
Process end-to-end
Fixed Income Corporate Actions
with high accuracy and timeliness
Handle events including:
Redemptions, Calls, Puts, Conversions
Interest Payments, Rate Resets, Amortizations
PARI, PRED, EXOF, CONS, BIDS, etc and complex structured events
Ensure completeness and correctness of event data across the security lifecycle
Adhere to daily production targets and SLA commitments
ISO 15022 & ISO 20022 Messaging
Interpret and process Corporate Actions using:
ISO 15022 (MT564 / MT568)
ISO 20022 (seev.xxx message series)
Validate ISO message construction and ensure correct field population
Identify and resolve ISO mapping or data interpretation issues
Support client-specific ISO requirements and delivery formats
Data Quality & Validation
Perform detailed
data checks and validations
to ensure accuracy and consistency
Identify discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and apply corrective actions
Maintain high quality standards in line with FactEntry guidelines
Escalate complex or high-risk issues to the Team Leader promptly
Client & Stakeholder Support
Support resolution of
client queries
related to Fixed Income Corporate Actions
Work closely with
Team Leaders, SMEs, and global stakeholders
Assist in onboarding of
new data sources, vendors, and feeds
Ensure timely and professional communication on assigned tasks
Process Adherence & Continuous Improvement
Follow established
SOPs, workflows, and documentation
Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality
Participate in
UAT, testing, and validation activities
for new enhancements
Support automation and technology-driven initiatives
Key Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
Professional qualifications
(CA / ICWA / CFA - completed or pursuing)

Experience
3-6 years
of experience in
Fixed Income Corporate Actions
Hands-on experience with
ISO 15022 and ISO 20022
messaging
Experience handling
complex and structured Fixed Income events
Exposure to global markets and multiple regions preferred
Willingness to work
flexible shifts
and support early/late client deadlines

Working expertise in
