Process Safety - Senior Manager / Manager

1. Role / Qualification of the Applicant

---------------------------------------------

Bachelor's degree in

Chemical Engineering

or related engineering discipline 10-15 years of experience in

Process Safety Management

Strong expertise in

Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA)

methodologies Proven experience in facilitating and participating in

Process Hazard Analysis (PHA)

studies Hands-on experience with:


+ HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, QRA
+ Safety Integrity Level (SIL) assessment as per

IEC 61511

+ Safety Critical Equipment (SCE) management using

LOPA and Bow-Tie analysis

Experience in

Process Design Assurance and Verification

Proficiency in

SIL verification using exSILentia

Mandatory hands-on ability to use

DNV PHAST and SAFETI

tools Strong facilitation, documentation, and client interaction skills

2. Core Activity within Our Company

Develop and maintain frameworks and methodologies for performing

QRA studies

Lead and facilitate

PHA studies

including HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, and QRA Conduct

SIL assessments

and verifications in compliance with IEC 61511 Manage

Safety Critical Equipment (SCEs)

using LOPA and Bow-Tie methodologies Perform

Process Design Assurance and independent verification

activities Execute consequence and risk modeling using

DNV PHAST and SAFETI

Perform SIL verification and documentation using

exSILentia

Prepare technical reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders Support business development and project execution for process safety services Mentor junior engineers and contribute to capability development within the team
