Core Expertise:

• Lead Process Safety Engineering teams and coordinate with client and site offices.
• Experience in executing major capital projects, including Offshore and Onshore facilities.
• In-depth understanding of:
• Hazardous Area Classification Drawings
• PSV Sizing and Flare Network Calculations
• Process Safety Audits and Concept Development
• Conversant with global standards such as NORSOK, DNVGL-OS, API, NFPA, ASME, BS/EN, and client standards (e.g., SHELL, ARAMCO, MOBIL, DNV).

Work Assignments & Responsibilities:

• Prepare Safety Design Basis and Safety Philosophies.
• Perform process safety design for production and utility systems (e.g., crude oil, condensate, fuel gas, nitrogen, compressed air, flare, etc.).
• Support process optimization and simulation modeling using Aspen / HYSYS.
• Conduct risk assessments, QRA, HAZID/HAZOP/SIL/LOPA/Bow-Tie studies, and prepare corresponding reports.
• Prepare documents such as MSDS, ERP, Passive Fire Protection Drawings, Escape Routes, and Safety Equipment Layouts.
• Coordinate with licensors, vendors, and clients for technical discussions and document approvals.
• Participate in design reviews, inter-discipline checks, and technical audits.
• Support pre-commissioning activities and site surveys.
• Prepare cost and manpower estimates, bid evaluations, and project proposals.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Strong presentation and business communication skills.
• Ability to clearly identify, report, and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in project and team meetings for in-house and work-share projects.
• Occasional travel may be required for coordination and client interactions.
