Job Overview

We are hiring a Process QA Engineer to join our team at Infinitalent Consulting (P) Ltd. As a Process QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our processes. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or a related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in process quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies
• Proficient in using quality assurance tools and software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Certifications in quality management and process improvement are a plus

• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and methodologies for our processes
• Monitor and evaluate process performance to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define process requirements and standards
• Create and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and standards
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
• Identify and report on process risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Train and mentor team members on quality assurance processes and best practices
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the achievement of quality objectives
• Knowledge of in- process inspection preferably from engineering industry
• Preparation of WI / SOP/ QAP
• Dimensional inspection of child parts as per Drawing specifications
• NDT inspection of casting, Welded parts & fabricated items as applicable
• Preparation/ Approval of various Inspection and Testing Procedures
• Carry out the Internal Process audits
• Knowledge of Raw material inspection & Final components.
• Implementing process quality systems, Hands on experience with ISO documentation
• Analysis of inhouse rejection & taking necessary actions
• Knowledge of powder coating & painting
• Knowledge of SAP
• Computer knowledge MS office , Excel , Word & MS Power point
• Electronic & electrical knowledge
