Job Purpose
Plans, develops and implements Global Sourcing & Procurement on business process, systems applications, systems and analytics Designs and implements training to applicable staff


General:

Consults with Sourcing & Procurement staff to define user needs, reporting requirements and problems Prepares training and resource materials and training manuals in coordination with various S& P Teams


SYSTEMS:


Supports and coordinates the planning, development, and implementation of changes in the applicable systems. Provides support and guidance to resolve issues and recommends changes in the system Evaluates the impact of any new or changed applications to determine their effect on existing applications Evaluates existing systems and procedures, and provides technical advice and recommendations for changes and improvements. Develops and continuously improve reporting formats and applications


PROCESS/STANDARDS/PRINCIPLES: ANALYTICS:


Provides reports, analysis, data based conclusions on defined health and performance indicators, as requested Cost Engineering; perform should cost analysis for defined Category or Product family
You are meant for this job if:
Bachelor's degree in related field 3 to 5 years of experience Good Knowledge of the latest developments on industry systems/ management tools Excellent planning and organization skills
