Job Summary:
The Process Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring dairy processing equipment to ensure safe, hygienic, and efficient production of milk and dairy products, in compliance with quality and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor dairy processing equipment such as pasteurizers, homogenizers, separators, and chilling systems
Control and monitor process parameters including temperature, pressure, and flow rate
Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, and food safety standards
Perform CIP operations and maintain equipment hygiene
Record production data, batch records, and shift reports accurately
Identify and report equipment or process deviations promptly
Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the processing area
Support packing, cold storage, and dispatch activities as required
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma in Dairy Science / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electronics Engineering
3-5 years of experience in dairy plant or food processing operations
Good knowledge of dairy processing equipment and utilities
Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
Willingness to work in shifts
