Job Title – Process Operator– Production Department.
Location -Palladam
Qualification – B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma – Chemical / Mechanical
Age – 23 years and above
Sex – Male only
Salary – Rs.15,000/- to 20,000/- (08 Hours) – 12 Hours duty compulsory
Experience – 02 Years’ experience
Working hours – 8 hours with 3 hours OT
Primary Objective
Responsible for the operation of the plant, working a rotating shift schedule, to ensure Maximum production quantity and quality,
while supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the company.
Roles & Responsibilities
1)Work well in a team environment.
2)Monitors, controls, and records plant operations (Machines), as per instructions and plans.
3)Handles Helpers to achieve the above goals.
4)Attend Periodical Trainings.
5)Participates in safety, health and environmental programs.
IMS Roles
To ensure that no health hazards and environmental aspects going beyond control.
To ensure proper utilization of the available resource without wasting
Note : Candidates should produce the following documents during the walk in interview:
a)A copy of CV with the details including Current CTC, Current location, Native place and marital status.
b)All the education original certificates and a set of Xerox.
c)Pass port size photo – 2 Nos
d)Any one of the school Transfer Certificate copies.
e)Aadhar card copy.
f)Pan card copy.
g)Bank saving account – passbook copy (Preferably SBI or Bank of Baroda).
h)Experienced candidates should bring their experience certificate and the relieving order.
i)Salary certificate / salary slip of last drawn salary.
j)Candidates should not prone with dust & heat allergy.
k)Covid vaccination certificate.
