Technical Skills Requirements:

Knowledge of process control and equipment such as: Expellers, Conveyors, Cookers, Plate Heat Exchangers Pumps, Pressure Vessels, Valves Cake Cooling System, Press Leaf Filter Oil Storage Tanks Knowledge of Copra FFA Experience in Cake Packing, Loading & Unloading (Copra & Cake) Manpower handling experience Computer proficiency, including basic knowledge of PLC systems Hands-on knowledge of copra crushing (expeller operations)

Other Requirements:

Good communication skills Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Knowledge and awareness of safety practices

Educational Qualification:

B.Sc. (Chemistry) ITI (AOCP) ITI (Fitter) Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering

Minimum Work Experience:

2-3 years of experience, preferably in the Edible Oil Industry Prior experience handling expeller operations is preferred

CTC:

?3 - ?4 LPA

Key Deliverables / Responsibilities:

Ensure effective and smooth plant operations. Maintain proper control over regular supply and consumption of raw materials, chemicals, steam, and utilities. Minimize and control wastage of raw materials. Reduce plant and machinery breakdowns through regular maintenance (predictive, preventive, and shutdown maintenance). Maintain high standards of hygiene as per GMP guidelines. Implement and follow applicable work instructions and SOPs. Ensure implementation of safety policies, including work permit systems, accident/incident reporting, and safety training to achieve organizational goals.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹37,300.15 per month
