This role involves working on computer-based systems, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring orders move smoothly from confirmation to dispatch. Training will be provided, and the role suits someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable following structured processes.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update order details in internal tracking sheets
Track the progress of orders across different stages such as stock checking, production, job work, and dispatch
Prepare internal purchase orders using defined formats
Coordinate with internal production teams and external vendors for material pickups and deliveries
Maintain clear and accurate status updates so work can continue without delays
Flag issues or delays to the supervisor when needed
Skills & Requirements
Comfortable working on a computer daily
Basic to good knowledge of
MS Excel / Google Sheets
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow defined processes step by step
Clear communication and coordination skills
Willingness to learn manufacturing and operations workflows
Experience & Education
Prior experience in operations support, coordination, or back-office roles is preferred
Graduate / Diploma holders are welcome to apply
