Key Responsibilities:

Ensure adherence to company processes across all teams. Monitor, maintain, and coordinate internal operational workflows. Generate and analyze reports based on business requirements. Submit periodic team performance reports to management. Maintain and update Management Information Systems (MIS) accurately and timely.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Proficiency in

MS Excel

, including

VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PIVOT tables

, and other key functions. Strong

presentation

email drafting

, and

follow-up

skills. Minimum

typing speed of 30 WPM

. Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate
