Project Role Description :

Lead and plan manufacturing engineering programs. Lead teams of engineers who define processes to fabricate, assemble, inspect and test new products and machines based on production engineering and design principles. Define the supporting tools and fixtures needed for production. Ensure teams are developing product specifications and define the quality standards and inspection methods for manufacturing products and machines.

Summary: As a Manufacturing Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for leading and planning manufacturing engineering programs. Your typical day will involve guiding teams of engineers in defining processes for fabricating, assembling, inspecting, and testing new products and machines. You will also focus on establishing the necessary tools and fixtures for production, ensuring that product specifications are developed, and defining quality standards and inspection methods for manufacturing processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering L2 Automation. - Strong understanding of production engineering principles and practices. - Experience in developing and implementing manufacturing processes. - Ability to define quality standards and inspection methods. - Familiarity with tools and fixtures used in manufacturing. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering L2 Automation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
