We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Project Manager
to drive a high-priority corporate readiness program. This role will work directly with the C-Suite and senior leadership team, ensuring alignment, accountability, and delivery of key initiatives. The Project Manager will serve as the central point of coordination across functions and external advisors, enabling leadership to make informed decisions and ensuring timely execution of critical milestones.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Program Management
Partner closely with the C-Suite to translate strategic priorities into actionable workplans.
Provide leadership with clear visibility into program progress, risks, and required decisions.
Prepare concise updates, executive dashboards, and materials for leadership discussions.
2. Program Planning & Tracking
Develop and maintain a detailed program plan with timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
Track progress across multiple workstreams, escalating issues to executives as needed.
Ensure accountability for critical deliverables across business functions.
3. Cross-Functional & External Coordination
Work with Finance, Legal, HR, Compliance, Technology, and other business functions to execute strategic initiatives.
Liaise with external advisors, consultants, auditors, and legal partners to align on requirements and closure timelines.
Anticipate interdependencies and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
4. Governance & Documentation
Establish governance routines (steering committees, leadership reviews, issue-resolution forums) to drive accountability.
Maintain documentation of processes, decisions, and deliverables for audit and institutional readiness.
Keep an up-to-date tracker of outstanding items to ensure timely closure.
5. Risk & Issue Management
Identify risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues to leadership.
Ensure deliverables meet internal standards for compliance, accuracy, and quality.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or PMP certification is a plus.
3-6 years of experience in program/project management, ideally with exposure to board- or C-Suite-level initiatives.
Strong track record of managing large, cross-functional programs under strict timelines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information.
Success Measures
Seamless execution of strategic initiatives with leadership fully informed and aligned.
All deliverables tracked, managed, and closed on schedule.
Strong collaboration across business functions and with external partners.
Positive feedback from the C-Suite on coordination, visibility, and communication.
