Job Description

The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. He/she must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects. Additionally, he/she must be self-directed, proactive, and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.



Senior Process Manager Role and responsibilities:



Ability to execute and manage product large scale data transformation projects Delivering product data categorization, enrichment, PIM re-platforming (non-technical) projects Ensure delivery of Client KPIs including day to day service levels, customer experience, quality measures and compliance measures To proactively maintain regular engagement with key client contacts in line with client expectations Execute a well-defined Communication and Engagement model in place to ensure the teams understand the performance of our business Stakeholder management - Regular governance calls with onshore (APJ / EMEA / US) clients Building domain expertise within the team Setting and reviewing Quality performance standards Building audit checklists and quality control measures Managing team of people and performance management of team members Idea generation: Creating innovative ways to increase both productivity and quality Setting and reviewing of organizational / productivity objectives in line with the commercial contract Responsible for Business Continuity MIS Reporting
Qualifications and Education Requirements


Basic: - BE. In Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics with 8+ years of experience Preferred: - Experience in handling Master Data Management, Product data management/enrichment projects in any of the following industry domains - MRO, Core Electrical & Electronics, Plumbing, HVAC, Power Tools, Consumer Electronics, Office Stationary and PET products
Essential Skills


Experience in handling PIM taxonomy, product data modelling, product categorization, product content enrichment, digital assets sourcing projects Familiarity with BMECat electronic product catalogues, and industry standard classification systems ETIM, eClass, UNSPSC, etc. Working knowledge of PIM platforms - STEP Stibo, Informatica Product 360, Riversand, IBM WebSphere Commerce (WCS), etc. Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, etc. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as a self-starter Strong skills in reporting and presentation of key business information Experienced in managing mid-size (10+) multi-site /Multi skilled teams Strong organizational skills * Excellent in analytical thinking and problem solving
