Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.



Role Overview:



As a Customer Data Platform consultant, you will be instrumental in guiding clients toward data-driven transformations. Your role involves facilitating the setup of personalized journeys, AI & ML-driven Next Best Actions (NBAs), and overseeing CDP implementations. You will actively participate in implementation projects, contribute to ideation based on value drivers, and collaborate closely with Digital Strategists and Data Engineers for CDP integrations and technical implementations. Furthermore, your responsibilities extend to solution design, development, CoE contributions, and presenting findings via PoVs, adding value to our clients' endeavors.


Senior Process Manager Role and responsibilities:



Lead the design and architecture of the Adobe Customer Data Platform (CDP) solution to align with business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Oversee the implementation of the Adobe CDP solution, encompassing data modeling, schema design, and integration with existing systems. Ensure adherence to coding standards and supervise development teams. Establish and enforce data quality standards and governance policies within the Adobe CDP. Monitor data pipelines to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of customer data. Identify opportunities for performance enhancement within the Adobe CDP. Conduct regular assessments and implement scalability measures to improve system efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, analytics, IT) to align technical solutions with business requirements. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the Adobe CDP solution. Conduct training sessions for internal teams to ensure a thorough understanding of Adobe CDP capabilities.

Technical and Functional skills:



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 7 years of experience. (Master's degree is a plus) Proven experience in Adobe CDP implementation. Profound knowledge of Adobe CDP features, capabilities, and best practices. Expertise in data modeling, schema design, and data integration. Experience in performance optimization and scalability of data solutions. Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail. * Adobe CDP certification is advantageous.
