Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve productivity and conversion rates
Qualifications & Experience:
Prior experience in business development or a similar role
Bachelors' degree, BE/Business Administration, Marketing or related filed required within a
Call Center / BPO environment
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset
Process management and operational excellence
