Site and mobile app Optimization consulting for client accounts across industries (customer journey analyses, personalization and ab testing) and suggesting adoption of emerging technologies/methodologies.
Assist in Digital analytics and ab testing proposal building, analyzing gaps and opportunities in existing client accounts and new logos.
Work with Optimization Delivery teams to help set up best practices for A/B testing (optimization process)
Analysis of a/b, Multivariate and Personalization tests run on digital properties by using Adobe analytics or any analytics tool, Decibel and equivalent tool, walk through of analysis outcome and come up with ideas to optimize digital user experience.
Build test use cases and hypotheses for A/B testing, multivariate testing and personalization campaigns by analyzing user journeys and available digital data.
Detailed test planning and comprehensive design defining audience, goal, success criteria, traffic, etc.
Pretest analytics: Setting up adobe workspace for ab campaigns, minimum detectable effect (MDE) and sample size / test run time estimations.
Analyze ab campaign data - large and detailed data sets, apply statistical methodologies to draw insights and make recommendations on next steps and follow-up test ideas.
Build optimization roadmap to deliver personalized experiences and prioritize ab tests across web and mobile experience.
Strong understanding of ab test campaign set up, tag audits and statistical techniques.
Familiarity with website measurement strategy, identifying key KPIs and define goals, integrating online and offline data and segmentation strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate - any stream (Minimum)
Ability to drive business inference from quantitative and qualitative datasets
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the globe
Strong communication ,creative and innovation skills to help develop offerings to meet market needs
Skills
Overall experience of 6-10 years in digital analytics and optimization (Adobe Analytics , Google Analytics, Amplitude or any other web data reporting tool)
* Ability to understand consumer behavior based on data collected in Digital Analytics tools
