Key Responsibilities
Monitor and control daily polymer production processes (PP, HDPE, LLDPE, etc.).
Optimize process parameters to achieve quality, yield, and productivity targets.
Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of process issues.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams for process stability.
Analyze process data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and production reports.
Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards (EHS).
Train and guide operators and shift engineers on process best practices.
