CTG is seeking to fill a Process Management Consultant position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
About the Role:
Are you an expert in business process management and automation? CTG is looking for a Process Management Consultant to design and implement cutting-edge BPM solutions that streamline operations and drive efficiency. You'll work with leading BPM platforms, RPA technologies, and GenAI tools to transform business processes in the healthcare payer space.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement BPM solutions using Appian, Oracle BPM, IBM WebSphere, Pegasystems, and related platforms.
Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and develop models that integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
Lead automation initiatives using RPA and Generative AI to optimize workflows and reduce manual effort.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into innovative, scalable process solutions.
Serve as a subject matter expert in healthcare payer processes and process automation best practices.
Required Skills & Expertise:
Proven experience as a Healthcare Payer Consultant.
Strong background as an Automation Architect with hands-on RPA experience.
Proficiency in BPM platforms: Appian, Oracle BPM, IBM WebSphere, Pegasystems.
Familiarity with Generative AI (GenAI) applications in process automation.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience:
Demonstrated success in designing and implementing enterprise BPM solutions.
Experience leading automation initiatives in healthcare or related industries.
Strong track record of integrating BPM solutions with existing enterprise systems.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field required.
Advanced BPM or automation certifications preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $105,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
