Ensure adherence to U S mortgage regulations and underwriting guidelines Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex underwriting issues and provide expert guidance Develop and implement process optimization initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency Provide training and support to team members on underwriting best practices Prepare detailed reports on process performance compliance and improvement initiatives Act as a subject matter expert SME for underwriting process offering insights and recommendations

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum 4 years of experience in U S mortgage underwriting Strong knowledge of U S mortgage regulations guidelines and underwriting processes Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
