US Rotational shifts
5.5 days working + Cabs

US logistics and International BPO experience is preferred.
Handling a team who handles Compliance reviews/ documentation reviews related to clients.
Creative problem-solving skills, analytical skills, multi-taskerwith an experience of handling teams, training for products, subject matter expert.
Leading and Managing team with a knack to help team members and get solutions to their issues/concerns.
Analyzing team goals and manage team performance
Help team membersimprovise their respective performance, coach/ mentor/ train when required.
Review team members work regularly.
Strong communication and inter-personal skills
Basic email and chat etiquette.
