About your team

Fidelity Global Procurement comprises approximately 65 employees based across India, UK, Continental Europe, and Asia Pacific. The team manages approximately $700m of spend split between technology and non-technology categories. Currently the team is undertaking a global transformation programme to deliver an improved Procurement user experience, simpler and more efficient Procurement processes, consistent and accurate Procurement related data. The transformation will drive significant changes to ways of working within and out of Procurement and will implement multiple new technology platforms.

About your role

The Process Lead, Buyer Work Bench will support operations involving eSourcing Services, Purchase Requisition to PO Process and Procurement Helpdesk.

The role will cover the following key responsibilities:

  • Working with business stakeholders, reviewing requests and advising on correct procurement processes
  • Support communication and change management activities associated with new and existing tools
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of procurement, systems and data analysis best practices
  • Continuous improvement in procurement process, to make the process simple, intuitive and predictable for end users.
  • Supporting professional services procurement via Beeline application
  • Reviewing approval workflow
  • Analyse the rate cards and SOWs
  • Providing reports and reconciling POs, resource timesheet and invoices.
  • Supporting PR to PO conversion via Oracle Fusion Core Finance Platform
  • Creating Contract and Catalogs
  • Reviewing Purchase Requisitions and converting to PO
  • Creating Contract Purchase Agreements and Blanket Purchase Agreements
  • Perform requisition and contract triage/allocation
  • Ensure efficient use of tools such as DocuSign and ServiceNow for contract management and processing.
  • Support initiatives to improve PO compliance amongst the business teams.
  • Conduct end user trainings on PR to PO processes.
  • Design high level and detailed process flows and Standard Operating procedures
  • Design communication templates, checklists
  • Rules for project triage and monitoring systems
  • Provide procurement helpdesk support
  • Perform scheduled / ad-hoc reporting and Power BI dashboard activities
  • Ensuring task and team operational trackers are updated and regularly reviewed
About You
  • 4-5 years of experience in Procurement backoffice operations
  • Experience of working in Financial Services
  • Understanding of the end to end procurement process
  • Ability to plan, organize, and manage time across multiple tasks and stakeholders, working individually or as a member of a cross-functional team
  • Proactive approach to stakeholder engagement at all levels, problem solving, and ongoing development of analytics and insight
  • Flexible, action-oriented team player with the ability to attend to the detail but also have the aptitude to understand and address the bigger picture
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence, ERP systems and data visualization tools
  • Should have exposure to working in a global environment with an ability to work with people across the globe in different time zones and with different cultures
