Job Summary:
The Process Intelligence Senior Consultant I role is within the Customer Experience Transformation Office and is responsible for developing and managing business relationships and acts as a lead to projects with minimal oversight by conducting analysis and developing data-driven process insights and actions. This position is responsible for aiding in the development, execution, and leadership of projects across various business areas specifically within process / task mining and mapping. The goal of this team will be to ensure the optimal solution tackles the AOR's pain points.
Key Responsibilities:
Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to interpret business processes.
Develop Celonis analysis dashboard, view to identify process inefficiencies.
Understand the root causes using Celonis analysis, data understanding - always in close collaboration with the customer / AOR
Develop knowledge models, views, database models.
Drive action flow, automation, and integration with different systems, ML models, RPA.
Collaborate with process intelligence COE in developing leading-edge approaches, process, templates, and solutions utilizing broad knowledge, best practices, and benchmarking.
