CTG is seeking to fill a Process Innovation Professional - Marketing Operations position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Drive marketing innovation by collaborating with clients to translate marketing objectives into digital initiatives.
Guide campaign journey design, including selection of criteria, channel mix, proposition, and reporting.
Provide expert recommendations for creative marketing automation execution, ensuring alignment with brand and organizational goals.
Lead collaboration with Client Service Delivery teams to ensure adherence to Direct Marketing methodologies.
Establish and maintain rigorous quality and control procedures for marketing operations.
Lead wrap-up analysis reporting and utilize campaign analytics to identify new ideas or areas for improvement.
Drive continuous improvement and optimization programs within marketing operations.
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption within the organization.
Skills:
Strong understanding of marketing operations, campaign management, and marketing automation tools.
Expertise in translating business and marketing objectives into actionable campaigns.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance data and identify optimization opportunities.
Experience with process improvement, innovation initiatives, and emerging marketing technologies.
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Experience:
Proven experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or process innovation roles.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing solutions and operational improvements.
Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives that optimize marketing processes and drive measurable results.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
