The

Process In-charge

is responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and optimizing operational processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and productivity. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining process documentation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Chemical,. 5-7 years of experience in process supervision or operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations of assigned processes. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Monitor workflow to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions. Lead and guide process operators and staff. Provide training and mentoring to ensure skill development. Allocate tasks and monitor performance. Analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities. Drive Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives for efficiency. Recommend automation or technology upgrades. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on process performance. Maintain accurate records of production, quality, and compliance. Present findings and recommendations to management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of process management and operational workflows. Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO, GMP, etc.). Analytical and problem-solving skills. Leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, or process monitoring tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
