1. Job

PURPOSE:



To conduct biomining process at site, with performing scientifically legacy waste process As per guidelines, maintain quality of each output fraction like, soil, RDF, and inert. operations must comply with SWM Rules and environmental standards. The role ensures maximum processed material recovery, maximum process optimization, process Cost Optimization and co-ordination between manpower, machinery, to ensure smooth operations.

2. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



Monitor and control day-to-day waste processing activities, including feeding, screening, segregation, and output material flow.

Supervise and guide operators, helpers, and support staff to following Biomining process SOPs

Maintain output process material records like, Output material Percentage by performing mass balance in routine.

Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective actions on process equipment.

Ensure safe handling and dispatch of RDF, inert, and soil fractions.

Implement environmental measures during biomining activities as per standard PCB Guidelines.

Assist and providing data to Site In-charge for preparing DPR/MIS and ensure accuracy of process data.

Conduct on-ground quality checks and sampling for lab testing, as and when required.

Drive continuous improvement for higher production and reduction in losses.

3. COMMUNICATIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS:



Internal:



Coordinate with Site In-charge for daily production targets and compliance.

Work with Supervisor, Operators and Fitters for machine performance.

Deal with Helpers/Support staff for smooth operations.

Co-ordinate with Maintenance Team (Mechanical/Electrical) for timely maintenance for less downtime.

External:



Share process or operation data with HO team and Authorized officials.

Coordinate with Vendors to take off materials like, RDF, inert and soil fractions.

Interact with authorities for regulatory compliances.

4. KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR JOB



Education



Graduation (any discipline) preferred, Candidates with specialization/experience in Solid Waste Management will be prioritize.

Experience



Approx 3-5 years of experience in Solid Waste Management / Biomining / Waste Processing projects.



Hands-on exposure to Roto Machine / trommel operations, RDF handling, and process optimization will be preferred.

Skills



Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Experience in process planning, execution, and optimization.

In-depth knowledge of waste management regulations and guidelines.

Process monitoring, problem solving, and root-cause analysis.

Proficiency in reporting, documentation, and data analysis and mass balance.

Skilled in preparing DPRs/MIS with MS Excel and Word.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per year
