Job Summary:




We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven

Process Improvement Manager

to lead strategic initiatives that drive efficiency, productivity, and quality across our operations. This role is central to identifying improvement opportunities, managing cross-functional projects, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and execute end-to-end operational excellence projects focused on cost reduction, efficiency, service quality, and process improvement. Partner with stakeholders across departments to identify improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, KPIs, risk assessments, and resource allocations. Facilitate workshops, root cause analysis sessions, and process mapping exercises. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership. Support change management activities to ensure adoption of new processes, tools, and systems. Train and coach teams on continuous improvement tools and practices. Champion a culture of operational excellence and data-driven decision making.

Required Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience in project management, operational excellence, or business transformation. Proven track record of managing complex projects across multiple functions. Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), and continuous improvement methodologies. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:



Master's degree (MBA or related). Experience in B2B supply chain trading operations. Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Jira, or project management platforms
