to oversee and optimize all process operations in our refractory manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of refractory products, plant processes, and team handling.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end plant process operations
Improve production efficiency, quality, and cycle time
Monitor raw material flow, batching, mixing, curing/drying, and finishing processes
Coordinate with QC, R&D, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams
Reduce rejection rates and troubleshoot process deviations
Implement process improvements (5S, Lean, Kaizen)
Prepare daily/weekly production and process reports
Ensure safety compliance and process discipline
Lead, train, and supervise process teams
Qualifications
B.Tech / Diploma in Ceramic, Chemical, Mechanical, Metallurgy, or related field
7-12 years' experience in Refractory / Ceramic / Mineral Processing
Strong knowledge of refractory manufacturing processes
Good leadership and problem-solving skills
