Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for US-based customers.
Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customer queries.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during customer interactions.
Ensure adherence to process guidelines and performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, Quality, etc.).
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve individual and team targets.
Maintain updated knowledge of products, processes, and policies.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum
6 months of experience
in a
US voice process
(mandatory).
Communication:
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Shift:
Comfortable working in
24x7 rotational shifts
.
