Understands the customer tender, drafting requirements of Key clients


and performs/updates the tasks/steps in the system as illustrated


without any supervision. Performs audits of work performed by Team


member Sales.

This position will be a fixed-term contractual role for a duration of 8 months, employed directly on the company payroll.

Performs transactional activities/supports activities including service


information updates, surcharge updates, line creation and pricing in


MARS like to Key clients.


Performs system processing as per defined guidelines/standard operating


procedures.


Responds to all enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.


Highlights issues, if any, and requests corrective action from


supervisor.


Communicates with stakeholders regarding process issues if required.


Makes recommendations and suggestions on how to improve processes and


procedures.
