You\xe2\x80\x99ll make a difference by:

\xc2\xb7 Candidate will be responsible to perform and review the Balance Sheet Reconciliations for Siemens Business Units

\xc2\xb7 Ensure accuracy of all Balance Sheet Reconciliations and present to HUB AC / Business Units

\xc2\xb7 Follow-up and Co-ordinate with HUB AC team for closure of pending actions from Balance Sheet Reconciliations review.

\xc2\xb7 Will be responsible for on-time handling of all internal and external inquires accurately

\xc2\xb7 Candidate will be responsible for month end closing activities, if any

\xc2\xb7 Achieve targets agreed with Customers

\xc2\xb7 Should be able to assist team members in completion of job responsibility and impart training, if required

Your success is grounded in:

\xc2\xb7 Should have minimum of 2 year of Reconciliations / Accounting experience in ERP systems like SAP/Spiridon

\xc2\xb7 Candidate with 3-5 years of experience in AR / AP/ Cash & Bank Accounting processes will be added advantage.

\xc2\xb7 Graduate from Finance / Accounts background with knowledge in account reconciliation (AR)

\xc2\xb7 Good verbal and written communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, accuracy and attention to detail critical.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

\xc2\xb7 Act proactively to address challenges and opportunities.

\xc2\xb7 Flexible to work on night or early morning shifts.
