We provide extensive high-quality and cost-efficient Purchase-to-Pay services from purchasing to the processing of outgoing payments.

We work with a strongly integrated system and a highly automated purchasing process. Our customers receive state-of-the-art, easy-to-use Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) services. We deliver maximum value to the business by driving P2P optimization and digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach, and we support our customers\xe2\x80\x99 current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll make a difference by:

\xc2\xb7 Processing and posting of external and internal accounting documents in the SAP system.

\xc2\xb7 Checking of TAX and internal requirements incl. subsequent clarification of discrepancies.

\xc2\xb7 Supporting of monthly/quarterly/yearly closing activities.

\xc2\xb7 Creating of supporting documentation for regular AP reporting.

\xc2\xb7 Processing of dunning letters and ad-hoc requests based on SAP outputs.

\xc2\xb7 Daily communication with internal colleagues, suppliers and customer

Your success is grounded in:

\xc2\xb7 3yrs -5 yrs of P2P Experience.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills.

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in ERP like SAP.

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in MS Office packages like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
