Job Title : Process Experts \xe2\x80\x93 Application Engineering

Job Location : Coimbatore

Reporting To : Application manager

Experience Required : 8 -12 years

Qualification Required: Diploma in Tool making - NTTF / Diploma in Tool making and design - CIPET/ BE in plastic engineering. /Post Graduate Diploma In Plastics Processing & Testing/

Key Duties & Responsibilities: * Solid Experiences execution in new mold testing, Optimization, and validation in customer place to our customers.

• Do the testing process study and evaluate tool function of Injection Mold with scientific Process optimization for all type of components like Medical, Automotive, engineering,

Electrical Household items supplied hot runner. * Share Knowledge to Technical team and Service team.

• Training for customer
• Travelling to customer place based on Request and Problem solving for hot runner along with service team.
• Prepare case studies-based on trail.
• Mold design Review for Technical Review along with TSE.
• Special Project Review and Design Modification suggestion-based field experience.
• Review Flow , thermal and hot runner layout for Special Projects
• Training for Junior Engineers for scientific molding studie

• Skill Set :-
• Smart, Self-driven, Positive attitude and will to win and ability to influence up, down and across the organization.
• Scientific Injection molding process experts and do the all-documentation work at molding shop as per ISO standards.
• Testing and Fine-tuning Injection molds with Advanced Scientific Process Optimization.
• Hands on experience in Injection mold development and testing more than 1000 molds with different industries like Medical, Automotive, electrical, and other engineering components. Knowledge of all troubles/solutions from mold making to until the robust stable process.
• Able to handle injection molding machines like Fanuc robotics, Engel (ES-80, Victory &E-motion models), Arburg, Super Master, Demag Double barrel, Toshiba, Shibura Sumitomo Mitsubishi, Nissei, Hishiya, Vinus, Krauss Maffei, Haitian 2K etc
• Knowledge & Experience in Injection molding include Project,

Process , Testing and Fine-tuning Injection molds with Advanced Scientific Process Optimization with hand on experience (Mold masters and other Hot runner Supplier) .

Experience with SAP or an ERP is preferred. The individual should have an excellent record with Engineering, Sales Representatives, and Manufacturing to help identify development opportunities and evaluate competitive products. Previous experience as Process Engineer or Industrial Engineering would be an asset. Previous experience with flow/thermal simulation as related to injection molding processes is strongly preferred.

Strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent organizational skills are required. The incumbent must be capable of reading and interpreting documents such as process documentation, blueprints, operating and instructions, and procedure manuals. The ability to write routine reports and to communicate effectively with employees, management, and customers, is a must.
