You\xe2\x80\x99ll make a difference by:

\xc2\xb7 Manage employee particulars (EDM) in Fusion

\xc2\xb7 Process the assigned cases (EDM requests) within the defined SLAs.

\xc2\xb7 Work on tools such as Fusion/ Workday and CRM tools to handle the HR admin requests.

\xc2\xb7 Have a proactive approach in checking the inputs accurately.

\xc2\xb7 Supporting HR admin team as a front face in handling end to end HR admin transactions.

\xc2\xb7 Achieve first time resolution and ensure accuracy and SLA is met.

Your success is grounded in:

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 2-3 Years\xe2\x80\x99 experience different products of employee data management (EDM)

\xc2\xb7 Graduate

\xc2\xb7 Good written and verbal communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Has a \xe2\x80\x98know-how\xe2\x80\x99 approach instead of \xe2\x80\x98know-what\xe2\x80\x99

\xc2\xb7 H2R knowledge

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in MS Office packages like Word, Excel, PowerPoint

\xc2\xb7 Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills.

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in ERP like Fusion
